Q: What about support for legacy DVDs?
A: Due to the everchanging pace of computers, we can not support any compatibility issues you may be experiencing with legacy DVDs. This includes version 5 and older. Version 6 and 7 DVDs are supported until we make a new DVD.

A: The license that we sell when you buy our DVDs is a single-user, non-transferable license. This is similar to the type of license you would encounter with a sample CD. If you are an educator or trainer looking to use our products in a mulit-user environment, you must purchase a multi-user license from us.
